How do I know your engineers are actually senior?+
Every hire has ≥ 5 years shipping production code (median is 7), has led at least one project end-to-end, and passed our paid trial project graded by two Maple54 senior engineers. We reject 99.83% of applicants. You'll see their GitHub, prior commercial references, and a 30-minute intro call before committing.
What's the real cost compared to a US / UK hire?+

Who owns the IP?+
You do — unconditionally. Every engineer signs a bespoke IP assignment agreement on day one that transfers all work product to your company. Maple54 retains zero rights to your code, designs, or data. Full NDAs available.
What about security and NDAs?+
Every engineer signs NDAs + security addendums before accessing your systems. We support your SSO, GitHub permissions, VPN/Zero-Trust access, and hardware requirements (YubiKey, managed laptops, etc.). SOC 2 Type II aligned on our side.
Can I interview the engineer before hiring?+
Always. Every engagement starts with a 30-minute culture-fit and technical interview between you and the proposed engineer. If you want a paid trial week before committing, we offer that too — refundable if not a fit.
Can you scale a team up or down quickly?+
Yes. Adding engineers takes 5-10 days from request to live. Reducing headcount requires 14 days notice under our standard MSA. We keep 15-20% of our bench available at all times specifically for rapid scale requests.
